Android Asset Packaging Tool aapt

The Android Asset Packaging Tool is used to create, update, and view archive files in JAR, ZIP, or APK format. You can use it to examine the files in an Android package file. For example, running the command aapt l «Android package file>> lists the files contained in our package file, as shown in Figure 11.21.
