This section of the marketing plan is where you list your app's weaknesses. A weakness could simply be a feature that you can't add to the app due to cost or time constraints.
• Describe any areas of weakness in your app. For example, is there a large number of competitors? Is it a difficult app to differentiate?
• List the costs to develop the product that may require a higher price and possibly hinder your sales.
• Recognize the limited impact of a new app on the market—its lack of recognition may be attributed to your inexperience in promoting.
• Recognize that poor performance will mean lower-than-expected profits—which will result in a lot of the money going to reduce your debts rather than contributing to your profitability.
