• Focus on the weaknesses of your competitors by offering better quality at a competitive price. Remember what your own attitudes are toward apps you are familiar with. Remember how you react to low or high prices for poor or marginal quality apps.
• Justifying the pricing for your app while thinking like a customer will give you an advantage. Keep in mind that it's easier to come down in price than go up.
• Survey a sampling of your potential customer group and ask them directly how they feel about competitors' apps and any areas for improvement.
